Jon is the co-founder of Revitalise Marketing and has more than 18 years of experience in b2b marketing working for start-ups, FTSE 250 SMEs and S&P 500 Large Enterprises. Industries include professional services, media, finance, oil & gas, renewables and telecoms.
Prior to starting Revitalise Marketing Jon was MD and Marketing Technology Lead at MarTech Alliance where he helped companies to develop and execute their marketing technology strategy to drive growth.
Before this he was Senior Marketing Director at Gartner Inc., a $5.5bn global research and advisory firm. In this role he was responsible for the marketing strategy, planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA & ANZ. Jon led a team of marketers across three continents, and served on the marketing leadership team.

Co-founder of Revitalise Marketing, Matt has 25 years of experience in digital marketing and digital content management. In that time, he has very much lived the challenges of being a marketing leader where there is pressure to drive growth, paired with resource constraints.
Most recently, Matt was Managing Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Gartner Inc., a $5.5bn global research and advisory firm based in Connecticut, USA. As Gartner's global lead for digital marketing, Matt led the implementation of a content-led, inbound marketing strategy and the rollout of multichannel campaign strategy, and a comprehensive digital rebrand, as well as numerous digital infrastructure implementation and migrations.
Prior to his time at Gartner, Matt was Head of Global Digital Marketing at CEB Inc., a research and advisory firm based in Washington, DC. At CEB, Matt led a range of initiatives to build CEB's brand, generate significant growth in inbound demand, and enable sales.
Previous roles include sales leadership, digital product management and innovation, and best practice research analysis.
Matt holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, and Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Russian, and Parliamentary Studies from the University of Leeds.

Rekha Mehr MBE is an entrepreneurial catalyst for building innovation ecosystems. Having founded Luxury food brand, Pistachio Rose London, and Innovation Services Consultancy, Moonrekha, she understands first hand the challenges for starting and growing a business. Rekha was appointed as the first Startup Entrepreneur in Residence for the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (formerly the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills) where she worked with Ministers, Government officials and lobbyists to inform policy and better shape the business support landscape.
She went on to launch the Small Business Charter, a Government initiative that recognises the Best British Business Schools supporting small businesses, local economies and student entrepreneurship. With Lord Young as its patron, the charter recognises those universities that are building ecosystems at a local level to support existing and future entrepreneurs.
More recently, Rekha co-led the launch of MassChallenge UK as a founding director of the first international location in London. As the leading Global accelerator focussed on high growth, high impact businesses, she built the team and created an ecosystem that support 100+ companies in it's first year and raised over £1m sponsorship. While supporting the growth of these early stage companies, Rekha built a bridge to help large corporates and government organisations learn from these innovators in exchange for access to their expertise and resources.
Rekha now helps companies to understand all of the the tools available in the innovation landscape. Her experience spans the spectrum having worked with Tech giants like Amazon and Just Eat, Government bodies like GCHQ Intelligence, and everything in between which allows her to select the best in techniques to design and implement the right strategy to deliver local and global goals.
In 2016 her efforts were recognised by Her Majesty's Government, and she was awarded an MBE for services to enterprise & entrepreneurship in the new years honours list.
Paul has over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, having previously worked for a number of large multi-national organisations.
Prior to joining Revitalise Marketing, Paul led marketing efforts for a variety of product lines at Gartner Inc, a $5.5bn global research company. His most recent role was as senior marketing manager for the Sales & Service, Marketing, and Communication product lines in EMEA. In addition to being responsible for the execution of all marketing activities for these four product lines, Paul was also part of the steering group which set the global strategy for these products.
Paul also performed both channel and product marketing roles at Gartner and was also global project lead for one of their biggest annual campaigns.
Paul holds a BA (hons) degree in Marketing and Management from Buckinghamshire University.
Hans has over twenty years’ experience as a full stack developer, including in-depth experience with WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, and the full LAMP stack. In his career he has created hundreds of web sites and for twelve years wrote and managed a multi-million dollar subscription website for a division of CEB Inc. His most recent role was working with Gartner Inc.’s Conferences division, managing multiple websites with Adobe’s AEM CMS.
Hans has a deep technical background in many facets of web development. He has an interest in cybersecurity and hacking and is on the board of directors with the North Texas Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) as Creative Director. Hans is also an audio producer, with several creative podcasts to his credit, and is a voiceover artist.
Hans has a BA in Radio/TV from the University of Montana School of Journalism.
Tommy has over 6 years of experience administering marketing automation platforms, CRMs, data privacy tools, CMSs, webinar platforms, website demand generation tools, and other marketing technology tools.
Most recently, Tommy was Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, Technology, and Website Demand Generation for Blackboard, Inc, where he led marketing technology strategy and enablement as well as data privacy and email subscription management implementation for marketing.
Previously, he held positions at Gartner Inc. and CEB Inc, working with inbound marketing technology, processes, and analytics.
Tommy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wake Forest University, and a B2B Master Certification from Oracle Marketing.
